Ernesto "Che" Guevara, the revolutionary who helped found communist Cuba, is the celebrity that celebrities adore. And be it Madonna, Rage Against the Machine, or Jay-Z, musicians really dig Che.

Che is compared with Hitler and Mao!!!.
A lot of executions during Cuban revolution were during the war. No doubt many innocent people may have been executed, but many innocent civilian dead by Allied bombing in WWII, in Iraq war, in Afghanistan.
Pretty much all of the executed during that time were accused of being spies or agent old government. In the midst of war in the jungles, what was Che suppose to do, call time out, to start a real investigation about those charges! Please! Do you think a US fighter Bomber first make landing to make sure that they will bomb are not bunch of innocent civilians?
Che was leading a war effort not some frigging peace march.
