We've all seen Crank and the fast-pace bizarre run-for-life story of a poisoned man trying to get the antidote. Well... 60 years ago, D.O.A. had a similar plot, but instead of running for the antidote, this poor fella just wants to find out who poisoned him. And, of course, for what reason? Was it all just a coincidence? Was he the wrong man at the wrong time or do the reasons lie in the man's past?

One of the best movies in the Public Domain, and considered absolute classic of the genre. It is listed almost in every Public Domain movie list as the title you must watch before you die because it has a cult followers and even today, more than 60 years after its premiere, it still gets praises and excellent reviews. This is the best PD copy we could dig, so please enjoy!

This drama noir was very well directed by Rudolph Mat. Cardinal Pictures never renewed the copyright in 1977 so the movie is now in the Public Domain.
