The Extinguisher (1996)
Short sci-fi Spoof set in a post-apocalyptic landscape where smoking is outlawed. Partly shot at the old Beckton gasworks in East London (now gone) where Kubrick shot Full Metal Jacket. Thanks Stanley for the great set! Found and embedded via YouTube.
