THIS FILM WAS THOUGHT PROVOKING, IT GAVE INSIGHT TO TODAY'S RACIAL PROBLEMS. WE DISCOVER HOW MISCOMMUNICATION CAN FUEL WELL HIDDEN RACISM. WE ALSO ARE GIVEN A GLIMPSE OF THE GENUINE PURITY OF THE DEAF MAN, WHO'S INTENTIONS ARE MORE THAN HONORABLE. I THOUGHT IT WAS A WELL MADE FILM THAT CAUSES THE VEIWER TO PONDER THEIR RELATIONSHIPS TOWARDS OTHERS.
