Synopsis: The latest in virtual reality technology makes it possible for gamers to directly participate in and experience deadly martial arts combat against a cyber opponent. Virtual Vision stretches the boundaries of reality pushing the gamer's skills to the limit.
Production Notes: Virtual Vision was shot with a JVC GR D70E and a SONY DCR-TRV6 and a budjet of about 150 (one hundred fifty) US dollars. It was filmed on location in LA ROCHELLE, FRANCE. The film was a collaboration of three different directors, Fabien Garcia, Maxime Demba, and Vincent Gatinaud. Virtual Vision was an experiment on wirework moves and Matrix style of martial arts action. As a wire-rig is very expensive, we made one of our own though it is really dangerous! In Virtual Vision we used a 11 meters steel cable, a pulley, a carpenter harness, a big rope, steel clips and a girths.
