New York: A blind man is obsessed with sounds. He collects sounds from the street and from inside his building. Kristin, a young woman moving in next door, is intrigued by his silence. Alone in her apartment, she becomes troubled by what she hears coming from behind the walls - sound fragments of her own voice, recorded, deformed and recomposed. Searching for their source, she finds herself lured into the apartment of her blind neighbor. While exploring the apartment, he returns and traps her inside before she has a chance to escape. Guided by the sound of her breath, he approaches her and records the sound of her presence before unlocking the door to liberate her. Alone in his studio, he mixes the sound of her voice and her breath - the final elements of a sensorial and rhythmic composition, his 101st indiscretion.
